"I was impressed at the service I received from Strategic. I called into Strategic and a kind lady answered the phone. She spend a great deal of time with me explaining how the process works. She answered all my questions honestly and with patience. The next day I dropped off my paperwork at 10:00am at the location the woman specified over the phone. At 3:00 pm the same day I received a phone call indicating the document had been served. It’s refreshing to work with a company that works as stated with no issues or complications. It’s really as simple as it states on their website. I normally do not write these, however when companies go above and beyond for customers I feel that it should not go unrecognized.  Great Process Server!‎‎ They did a great job - we had a hard time getting the person and Strategic Intelligence Services kept at it and we got it done - inexpensively and quickly. We will use them from now on for all of our serving work. I was really happy that there were no same day charges and after hours "extras" that came up with our previous scottsdale process server.‎
