I can't believe that it is April already but it's nice and Spring is here in Scottsdale. We are still suffering the economy in Arizona but that has been a boost for us private investigators as the greed, scams, and absconding are running rampant. It seems that everyone is trying to get something for nothing and the government claims it is understaffed and unable to do anything about it.

Associated Press reported today that Michael Preclik was wanted in the Czech Republic - WHILE he was working here in the United States guarding our prisoners. What's up with that?
Well, I'll tell you. Folks are not doing background checks or are not doing them the right way. No ifs and or buts about it.

Loan Officers Will Require Background Checks and Be Registered

Were you scammed by an unscrupulous loan officer? Had a bad experience? Hopefully, new procedures enacted by the State will prevent this from happening in the future says The Arizona Republic.
Arizona Loan Officers will be required to be licensed, effective July 1, 2009. Potential loan officers must pass a criminal background check, attend a class on lending laws and ethics, take and pass a test, and will have to post a bond.
