Requests for Infidelity Polygraph Services Spike

I know tensions are high due to the economic climate but they also seem to be high in another area: intimate relationships. We have recently seen a huge leap in the calls for Infidelity Polygraph Services.

Two Year Wait for Investigation of School Teacher

Most of you may be aware of the recent shooting of a Chandler student because of an alleged love triangle with his teacher.  Crazy? It gets more unbelievable when you hear that the school board had the case for two years and had not done anything!  On the news last night, a spokesperson said that the school board had 400 cases "under investigation" and did not have the resources - having only 4 investigators working 100 cases each.

Investigators Being Used to Locate Absent Homeowners

PI now.com has a great article about how the UK is combating unpopulated homes.

Investigators are able to find owners who may have walked away pending foreclosure and can assist banks and other lenders in indentifying subjects.  What do you think?

Fingerprints Required for Home Sellers?

I heard this on the radio today...

Home sellers will be required to supply fingerprints before they sell a home due to fraud.  More information.

As a private investigator, one of the things we advise clients to do is to conduct Due Diligence - no matter the issue.  Whether it's buying or selling a home, going into business with someone, or getting married, background information should be gathered.
