This month's Entrepreneur Magazine has a great article about Integrity and the use of background checks in pre-employment situations.

The writer, Mark Henricks, agrees with me that checks PLUS skilled interviewing are the key.

The difference between a background check and a GREAT background check is getting a real investigator involved.
