Police Need your Help with a Homicide Investigation Victim killed on May 14, 2009

Anyone with information about this victim or the circumstances of his death are asked to call the Scottsdale Police Department, Violent Crimes Unit, 480-312-5000 or SILENT WITNESS at 1-480-948-6377.

Details of the incident:

On May 14, 2009, Scottsdale Police were called to the victim's home in the 1100 block of N. 87th Way in reference to a deceased male. The victim, Dale Webber, was discovered by a worker that arrived at the home, finding him deceased on the property.

Although the manner of death was not apparent to officers on the scene, a subsequent examination by the county medical examiners office has lead police to believe that the death is a homicide.

Due to the sensitivity of the investigation, we are not able to divulge any more details about the medical examiner's findings. Investigators continue to work viable leads, however, we are asking for the public's help in identifying possible suspects and known acquaintances of the victim.
