Strategic Intelligence Services will assist you serving papers anywhere within the State of Arizona and Nationwide. We are A.C.P.S. (Arizona Certified Process Server) certified.

We serve all of Arizona, specializing in:

Standard Process Service - $55

Our Standard Process Service provides 3 attempts at one location and gets your papers out the door and on their way with an initial attempt within 72 business hours from receipt of documents and processed pre-payment.

Standard Service attempts are made from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. Monday - Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Standard Process Service includes:

  • Receipt of documents via mail, drop-off, fax or email.
  • Completion of Certificate of Service and free filing within Maricopa County jurisdictions.
  • Email of completed Certificate of Service to client
  • Up to 20 pages printed/copied from submitted documents
  • Online payment via Debit, Credit, Check and PayPal. Cash and Checks accepted via drop-off or mail
Additional Available Services:
  • Rush Service: add $20 per serve with first attempt within 48 hours of receipt of documents and processed pre-payment. Rush Service hours are 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. Monday - Friday excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Scheduled/Same Day Service: add $40 per serve with first attempt within 2 hours of receipt of documents and processed pre-payment. Scheduled/Same Day service hours are 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. Monday - Friday excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Weekend Service: add $15 per serve, pre-paid. Weekend service hours are 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. excluding holidays.
  • Holiday Service: add $25 per serve pre-paid. Holiday service hours are 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
  • Pickup Papers: $5 per case within Standard Service area; same day additional*
  • Case Filing: $10 per case within Standard Service area; same day additional. Client supplies filing fees*
  • Second Party Service Same Location: On same case, add 50%. A different case number requires a separate service fee.
  • Copies/Printing of Documents: First 20 pages free and 10 cents per page thereafter.
  • Certified Mail/Mailing of Service: Commonly required in Alternate Service Methods and Forcible Detainer actions; client will pay actual USPS or Postal Facility Fees.
  • Notarized Affidavit of Service: $5 additional per Affidavit.
  • Wait Time: First 10 minutes free; $1 per minute thereafter.
  • Locator Report: $45 per individual, address, or personal identifying item searched. Other reports such as DMV Property and Assets are available - please call.
  • Surveillance, Difficult Serves and Other Investigative Services: Please contact us to arrange.

*These services can be incorporated into a monthly service plan based on volume.

  • Fax your documents to us at 480-287-9647.
  • Drop off your docs: 
Ensure we have 2 copies of each document to be served, all the pertinent info on the subject to be served, proof that payment has been made and place your materials in a sealed envelope and drop off at one of the following convenient locations:

  • Mail the documents to us:

Our Committment to You:

We pride ourselves on prompt, courteous service. Our goal is to attempt service the same day we receive the documents and completed payment, depending on workflow, at our Standard Service Rate.

Our Standard Service Rate allows for 3 unscheduled attempts, at one location, for $55 within 72 hours of receipt of the documents and completed payment.

Attempts are made from 9AM-9PM Monday - Friday.  If you need attempts made outside of these times or RUSH service, they are available.

They did a great job - we had a hard time getting the person and Strategic Intelligence Services kept at it and we got it done - inexpensively and quickly. We will use them from now on for all of our serving work. I was really happy that there were no same day charges and after hours "extras" that came up with our previous scottsdale process server.‎
